Event Rental Terms and Conditions

Payment Accepted and Charge Policies​Payments Accepted: Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, Cashiers Check, Money Order or PayPal. No services will be rendered, delivered, or available if balance is not paid in full prior to your event. If payments are not received by the due date, and the credit card on file becomes invalid, expires, or we are unable to authorize it, your non-payment and not updating your credit card details will be considered a breach of contract, and all previous payments are forfeited, and your order will be cancelled. If payment is not received in a timely manner. We will attempt to call you twice, send emails and other phone numbers left on file. Please be courteous and let us know if you credit card number has been changed, updated or need to change the cc on file. 

Missing Items Upon Return​ 

Any items that are missing upon return or carrier will be automatically charged for replacement or late fee. Client is to inform Pink Swan upon arrival if something is damaged or missing. If items are not returned within 3 days, replacement fees will be assessed plus any late fees , no refunds, no exceptions.

Late Returned Items​ 

If items are returned late, the customer will be charged for an additional day. If items are not returned within three days, and customer is not able to be reached by phone, email, replacement fees will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file. You are responsible for getting back in contact with us. 

Damage Waiver​ 

Renter assumes 100% full responsibility of any item upon possession, and agrees to pay for lost or damaged items. Therefore, weather related concerns falls on you. If it's snowing, high winds or any natural weather concerns, you are fully responsible for any damage to the rental. We are not responsible for any weather damage. 

Weather Conditions​ 

Once the items are rented and in your possession. That is when the rental starts. We cannot offer any refunds for cancelled events due to weather or venue issues. Whatever your contracted is what the date of the rental will be. You can discuss extending and paying via phone to keep the rental past your contract with prior approval. We hope the best for your event and that is weather is nice and sunny. 

Delivery of Items and Conditions​ 

Standard delivery fee includes drop off on the lowest level of the venue, such as the first flow. Any items which need to be transported in the elevator, stairs, or require several trips up and down the stairs will be charged a special delivery surcharge between $50-$150. Please be specific about the delivery details of your location prior to making your reservation. If we arrive and clearly find a special delivery situation upon arrival, the credit card on file will be charged automatically onsite. If your card in not able to be charged onsite, the delivery will not be made, it's very important you stay in full communication with us and tell us the details upfront.
